Todays Practice is.........................

CANCELLED due to inclement weather.

Parade and Opening Ceremonies

The parade will be Saturday at 8:00 am followed by opening ceremonies on Newell Field at 9:00 am. Be prepared to meet as early as 7:00 am to prepare for the parade. We will meet at the High School Football Field.

The Parade and Opening Ceremonies May Be...................

this coming Saturday. The board had to vote on it and I have not gotten the official word yet. The parade would be at 8:00 am with opening ceremonies to follow. I will post when I find out.

The Parade and Opening Ceremonies........

are postponed due to inclement weather. At this point, the games are still on. Please be at field 4 at 4:00 to practice before the game at 4:45.

A Parade, Opening Ceremonies, and the First Game

We will have our parade tomorrow weather permitting. Be at the High School football field at 8:00 am. The parade will begin at 9:00 am. Please bring a bag of candy to throw out during the parade. Next is Opening Ceremonies on Newell Field. Then the game is at 4:45 on Field 4. Be prepared to get to the game a little early for pre game practice and warming up. Coach Brian will make the decision on the time to meet.

We will not know until early tomorrow morning if the parade is a go or not. I will post the information as soon as I have it.

The Concession Schedule

Overall, I don't think we did to bad with our concession times. The only problem we may have is if the Huskers are in any play off games. We will be responsible for working play off games if they are needed. Last year we did not have any play off games so we may only have to work two days for 3 hours each and we do not have games scheduled for those days. Please keep in mind you have to be certified with the Jefferson County Health Department to work in the concession stand. You can opt out of concession stand duty by paying $50.00. I recommend making this payment by check if you decide to opt out. Also, IF YOU DO NOT WORK THE CONCESSION STAND AND DO NOT PAY THE $50.00 OPT OUT FEE, YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAMES. THIS IS A NEW BOARD POLICY.

Ballgame and Concession Schedules
