The Game Ball goes to Joe. Way to go, Joe!!! You got your first hit!!! You did a great job running the bases. I hope that you get to go home next time.
I really try to keep quiet in the outfield when I am taking pictures. I don't want to distract the kids from either team. But when Joe hit that ball, I started screaming my guts out. So much so that a coach from the other team turned around and stared at me for a second. I may have startled him. Joe, you brought tears to my eyes. And I am sure there were many other teary eyed people in the stands. Great Job Joe. I hope to get a picture of you hitting the ball. I missed it this time. And here is the Coach's pic. I think he made a good choice. Check out the smile on Joe's face not to mention his Grandmother in the background, and don't forget to check out Jett in the dugout. I think his feet are about three feet off the ground cheering for Joe(well maybe not three feet but he is jumping high).
